Ingredients
- 3 mashed bananas
- 3 cups oats
- ½ cup dried fruit
- ¼ cup seeds or nuts

- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Line your slice tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into the slice tray.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until dark golden.
- Leave to cool completely before cutting into 12 bars with a sharp knife, or it may fall apart.
Variations: Add other items from your pantry, such as choc chips, spices (such as nutmeg), and peanut or almond butter. Yum!
