All consultation fees are payable at the time of consultation.

Payments can be made by Cash, Eftpos, Visa Card or Mastercard (and AMEX at Elwood clinic). If you have private health insurance, please present your health fund card at the time of consultation.

Veteran Affairs holders are eligible to have their consultation billed directly to Veteran Affairs; a GP referral will be required before the first consultation.

Work Cover and TAC patients are responsible to pay all fees until written confirmation is received by the insurance company of acceptance of the claim and that your specific service has been approved. Please provide our clinic with your insurance company/employers details and case number prior to consultation.

Medicare “EPC” patients must have a referral from their GP for this service. Patients must pay for their treatment in full at the time of their consult. To claim their rebate on the spot, patients must bring both their Medicare Card and the Bank Card linked to their Medicare account.
